  • Communication Skills: Students will demonstrate competence in written, oral, and aesthetic engagement within the chosen concentration(s).
  • Critical Thinking: Students will apply a framework for logical decision-making in societal, political, professional, and ethical contexts.
  • Quantitative Reasoning: Students will use and apply quantitative problem-solving skills in life and work.
  • Scientific Reasoning: Students will explain scientific theories.
  • Historical and Cultural Reasoning: Students will recognize and evaluate various ideas, trends, people, people groups, and cultures in both historical and modern contexts.
  • Biblical Knowledge: Students will acquire skills related to biblical study methodologies and interpretation in areas of history, doctrine, creation, purpose, destiny, and the Gospel message.
  • Biblical Worldview: Students will articulate a world view that will tie all fields of study to the Scriptures “to the Praise of His Glory.”
  • Biblical Application: Students will use discernment in moral situations by applying Biblical precepts and principles to contemporary issues and lifestyle choices.
  • Baptist Heritage: Students will recall and identify the history, heritage, and distinctives of fundamental Baptists reflected in local churches.
  • Servant Leadership: Students will demonstrate knowledge of the language, skills and principles of leadership, manifesting a willingness to use God-given abilities and opportunities as a force for good in the local church and the world.
  • Gospel Presentation: Students will be able to clearly and credibly communicate the Gospel.
