Overview
This Biblical Counseling degree program at the Maranatha Baptist University offers you an invaluable introduction to counseling skills and a solid theological base to teach right living, rebuke wrongdoing, correct wrong thinking, and train others in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16).

- Complete the online application.
- Pay $50 application fee.
- Supply character references: The character references must be completed by three people who are not relatives. One must be your pastor or a pastoral staff member.
- Send your high school transcript: Contact your high school and ask them to send your transcript to Maranatha. Many schools require a signed transcript release form granting them permission to send us your transcript.
- Take a standardized test: Take the ACT (Maranatha’s code: 4604), CLT, or the SAT (code: 2732) and identify Maranatha as one of the institutions you want your scores to be sent to.
- Complete other admissions forms: Complete any additional forms sent you in your admissions packet (Church Attendance, Student Conduct Statement, etc.).
