Students in the Intercultural Studies major will benefit from Johnson University ’s accreditation, affordable tuition, and an experienced and engaged faculty dedicated to the spiritual formation and professional preparedness of each student. Both the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degree coursework integrate a Bible & Theology Core and an Arts & Sciences Core.

The programme

Students choose the concentration that best suits their goals for cross-cultural ministry.

The Linguistics Concentration introduces students to the world of linguistics and Bible translation. Students complete the Linguistics courses online through Johnson University.

The Missions Concentration prepares students for a broad array of cross-cultural ministry.

Additional concentrations are offered on the Tennessee campus.

When students complete this program, they will be able to do the following:

Articulate biblical, theological, and missiological foundations for their chosen ministry field.

Implement missional ministry within world contexts.

Pursue Christian formational growth conducive to cross-cultural ministry.
