There are two ways to major in dance at Anderson University:1) B.A. in Dance (54 hrs) with four tracks: Performance, Business, Pedagogy and Science.2) Complementary Major in Dance (33 hrs) alongside a primary area of study. The Dance (Complementary) program is offered at Anderson University - Indiana.

In both majors, we prepare dance majors for careers in performance, choreography, business, teaching, science, therapeutic practices, or higher education depending on their skills and interests. With a common core, students are empowered to discover their strengths and passions and then pursue them with excellence.

The Dance (Complementary) program is offered at Anderson University - Indiana. Focused study in one of the concentrated tracks prepares them for careers or further study.

Dance students at Anderson University have opportunities to choreograph works for the main stage, audition for guest artist works, perform in the annual faculty and guest artist concerts, Candles and Carols, Homecoming, and other off-campus events.
