Overview

You can enrich your philosophical studies by double-majoring in Philosophy and a second subject. Popular choices include History, Women's, Gender, and Sexuality studies, Political Science, Business and Music. A Philosophy major also prepares you for a variety of post-collegiate studies, including law school and graduate school.

As a Philosophy major, you’ll examine fundamental assumptions, raise seemingly impossible-to-answer questions, reflect on aspects of our everyday lives and analyze powerful philosophical texts. You'll also participate in intensive discussion and analysis of problems and theories that emerge from those texts and examine a range of human conceptual and value systems.

Learning outcomes

If your final year of education is still in progress, submit any and all documentation you have up to this time.
