Students in this major prepare to assess and explain organizational patterns from multiple disciplinary viewpoints; they understand the importance of various technologies and their effects on human resources functions; and they develop an awareness of multicultural and global issues that relate to organizational behavior.
This unique major in Human Resources Management at the Westminster College New Wilmington prepares students for graduate work in human resource management or organizational psychology programs and also provides a strong quantitative and research approach to human resources, which is essential in applied organizational problem solving.
