The Organizational Leadership degree program at Mercer University is ideal for mid-career adult learners who have four or more years of work experience. An interdisciplinary curriculum provides a practical approach to administration that emphasizes leadership, interpersonal relations, and implementation of change in a global environment. There are four concentration options:

Change Leadership equips students with key organizational leadership abilities needed to effect change in organizations.
Civic Engagement and Community Leadership develops informed leaders and active citizens who influence social and economic change in their communities.
Communication for a Global Society prepares students to analyze and process communication on a global scale by mastering effective listening and communication skills.

Women and Leadership empowers female leaders by presenting opportunities for women to succeed in meaningful leadership roles.

Graduates of Mercer’s B.S. in Organizational Leadership degree program can find employment in a wide variety of positions such as administrator, consultant, director, human resource professional, supervisor, team leader, and training and development coordinator.

Application: Mercer University offers two ways to apply for admission: The Common Application or the Mercer Application.
Standardized Test Scores: Submit your official SAT score(s) and/or ACT score(s), if your native language or language of instruction is English. Submit an official TOEFL score of at least 80 or an IELTS score of at least 6.5, if your native language or language of instruction is not English.
Official School Transcript(s): Ask your school counselor to send us your official secondary school report(s) or high school transcript(s), translated in English. Upon admission, submit a course-by-course evaluation of transcript(s), including Grade Point Average, translated in English by World Education Services (WES) or Josef Silny & Associates.
