Overview

The Psychology program of Stetson University is designed to provide students with a strong foundation for graduate school. We offer unique, hard-to-find opportunities to become directly involved working one-on-one with professors on psychological research.

Our psychology students have published journal articles and presented their research at professional conferences.

You will also gain practical experience by completing supervised internships at a variety of local facilities. Psychology majors learn knowledge and skills that are vital in some careers and helpful in all, and many students go directly into the job market after graduation.

Although outcomes and careers are remarkably diverse, nearly one-third of all graduates will end up in the health, social, professional or scientific sectors. A $50.00 non-refundable fee must accompany your application for admission

Official transcripts from your secondary/high school are required

First-year applicants are required to submit at least one letter of recommendation

All applicants are required to submit a writing sample

All international applicants for admission who do not come from an English-speaking country or who have not attended an English-speaking school for at least three years must provide proof of English proficiency
