Overview

In collaboration with our school partners and the community, we stress a comprehensive approach to individual development that views students as active inquirers and participants in their own growth.

As an elementary education major, you will participate in continuous field-based experiences leading up to the senior internship. The Education program of Stetson University builds content knowledge, professional dispositions and pedagogical practices for every candidate.

English Language Requirements

  • A $50.00 non-refundable fee must accompany your application for admission
  • Official transcripts from your secondary/high school are required
  • First-year applicants are required to submit at least one letter of recommendation
  • All applicants are required to submit a writing sample
  • All international applicants for admission who do not come from an English-speaking country or who have not attended an English-speaking school for at least three years must provide proof of English proficiency
