Official postsecondary schools, colleges, universities, or professional institutions transcript (s), reflecting all coursework, grades, and date of graduation. For all transcript(s) in languages other than English, the applicant must provide the original transcript and diploma (School-Leaving Certificate) showing all grades (marks) and the date of graduation, in the form of a document-by-document evaluation by a member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, Inc. (NACES). Hand-delivered originals or copies will not be accepted.
