At Histotechnology from Roosevelt University the affiliation with Northwestern Memorial Hospital is exclusive and only current RU students are eligible to apply for the clinical training portion of the program.

Students at Histotechnology from Roosevelt University will:

process patient samples for the detection of tissue abnormalities and to determine the best treatment for the diseases causing the abnormalities.

determine specific cell types in tumors.

work in conjunction with the pathology department at a variety of hospital, surgical and clinical locations.

The minimum GPA for application for this program is 2.75 GPA overall and a 2.75 GPA in the pre-requisite courses.

Coursework completed outside the U.S. requires a Foreign Credential Evaluation to be submitted.
