Overview
Students pursue a science concentration or a minor in a science field, which is complemented by studies in areas such as political science, history, humanities, English, and philosophy. Working closely with your advisor, you can tailor a curriculum that provides a broad base of multidisciplinary knowledge and promotes strong analytical and communication skills.
Coursework will prepare you for additional study in law school, public policy and community development programs, or even accelerated teacher certification programs. Potential careers include positions in community and government agencies, in science and technology companies, in the military, or as law enforcement officers, science and math teachers, and science lobbyists.

- Completed online application and the State of South Dakota application fee of $20.00.
- Academic credentials (translated into English). This includes high school transcripts and transcripts from ALL post-secondary institutions attended.
- English proficiency
- SAT or ACT scores - Math sub-scores should be a minimum of 520 on the SAT or 20 on the ACT. If the SAT or ACT is not readily available in your country, alternatives will be considered.
- Evaluation of academic credentials may be required- Check with the Ivanhoe International Center first before sending documents.
