Graduates with B.A. in Biology from Florida Gulf Coast University will be able to:

Select, organize, and relate scientific ideas and information with coherence, clarity, and unity.

Engage in the scientific process to form hypotheses, synthesize scientific information, gather and analyze data, and conduct appropriate statistical analyses.

Approach and solve biological problems by engaging effective critical thinking skills in both individual and group settings.
Identify scientific, qualitative, and quantitative assumptions and underlying relationships.
