Weber State hosts a play reading series with access to brand new theatre works and interviews with the playwrights.

At Weber State University, whatever your particular interest in Theatre Arts, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in theatre as you act, develop your own productions and work with theatre professionals.

What You’ll Learn at Weber

At Weber, you’ll develop strong foundational skills in all aspects of theatre so that you are prepared to be employed as a lifelong artist no matter what twists and turns life throws you. Students learn to be inventive, manage projects and work with limited resources. Theatre also teaches you about the human condition, how to deal with very different people and that hard work has its rewards. Alongside developing your own unique voice as an artist, you will learn collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking.
