- All secondary and post-secondary transcripts, results and/or national exam scores
- A personal statement (250 words minimum) describing a significant challenge you have overcome
- Financial Statement showing sufficient resources to support yourself for one academic year
- Completed International Student Financial Ability Form
- A copy of the photo page of your passport

The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
Funding
- 100% of students receive scholarships and/or grants
- Thanks to generous alumni and friends of Augustana, students benefit from several scholarships each year — removing obstacles and rewarding merit. Some are awarded by the university, while others come from outside our institution.
- The majority of scholarships begin by applying for and being admitted to Augustana. They are also renewable, provided students maintain full-time status and good academic standing.
