We offer a bachelor degree in Art and Design at Saint Michael's College. With a wide range of courses that include Graphic Design, Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, Art & Ecology, Animation and Motion Graphics, Mixed Media, and Design for Web and Devices, students at St. Mike’s develop the skills and knowledge vital to careers in art and design-related fields.

Key Features

After completing the core courses, students can focus on fine art or graphic design or both. Graduating seniors exhibit a significant body of original work in the McCarthy Art Gallery as a capstone experience of the major.

We also teach seniors professional practices to help prepare them pursue jobs, graduate school, exhibitions and artist residencies after graduation. Scholarship opportunities are available to incoming and returning students through the Fairbanks-Paulin and McCarthy Scholarship programs.
