At Clinical Biology - Medical Technology at Barry University the medical technology training lab on Barry University's main campus is equipped with the instruments students will encounter during their Clinical Experience and on the job after graduation.

Learning Goals

The Clinical Biology - Medical Technology program at Barry University includes a Clinical Experience Internship at a hospital or clinical site affiliated with Barry University. The internship provides practical hands-on experience that prepares the student for a career as a medical technologist. Internships are scheduled in accordance with the schedule of the assigned clinical site. Some clinical sites require early morning and/or late evening hours. Students are responsible to meet the schedule of the clinical site to which they have been assigned.
