Preparing you for your future is the number one priority of the Environmental Engineering program at Tarleton State University. You will engage in hands-on application of a wide range of engineering, math, and science concepts to work toward innovative, real-world solutions.

Our facilities and equipment are comparable to that of large institutions, providing you with access to standard industry tools and undergraduate research opportunities. Our faculty and institution are dedicated to student success. We provide a variety of academic success service including faculty/peer monitoring, supplemental instruction, math/science clinics, and tutoring.

Program Objectives

To prepare students for post-graduation endeavors such as employment in the Engineering Industry, engineering licensure, or for Graduate School.

Graduates will have the necessary skills to design components, processes, and systems to meet specifications, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in field related careers.

This degree is designed to provide graduates with a wide range of knowledge in their discipline, prepare them for professional practice upon obtaining engineering licensure, and instill an attitude for lifelong learning.
