The Management program of University of West Georgia allows the student to pursue entrepreneurial efforts or to secure entry-level junior/staff positions in local, regional, or national organizations or to continue studies at the master's level.

While certain core management courses are required, students are also permitted to tailor the degree to their own interests based on major course electives they select.
