The Management program of University of West Georgia allows the student to pursue entrepreneurial efforts or to secure entry-level junior/staff positions in local, regional, or national organizations or to continue studies at the master's level.
While certain core management courses are required, students are also permitted to tailor the degree to their own interests based on major course electives they select. Thus, students often focus their studies in such areas as Human Resource Management, Small Business Management, Operations Management or International Management. Planning ahead and maximizing the use of your major course selects can make you eligible for certificates in either Human Resource, Operations Management or Entrepreneurship.
