Overview

The Program in Medical Dosimetry within the MD Anderson School of Health Professions is supported by the Department of Radiation Physics within the Division of Radiation Oncology. 

Learning outcomes

The division's clinical at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, office and research facilities occupy more than 77,000 square feet, of which 12,000 square feet are used for treatment rooms. MD Anderson is one of the largest cancer centers in the world and its Department of Radiation Oncology treats more than 4,000 new patients annually. The program uses these resources to enhance the student experience, both didactically and clinically.
