Programme Structure
Emphasis 1: Advanced Computing and Simulation
- Students will learn how to simulate reality within a computer generated environment that simulates 3D reality which is achieved by using visual and auditory stimuli with which someone can interact to affect what happens in the simulation. Students use a computer game that simulates the real acidity of the "Formula Car" to improve quality of the vehicle during competition.
Emphasis 2: Mechatronics and Robotics
- Mechatronics engineering is the design of computer-controlled electromechanical systems,. It is viewed as "modern mechanical engineering design" as the mechanical system must be performed together with that of electrical and computer control aspects that comprise the complete system.
Emphasis 3: Sustainable Energy
- Technological advances in energy generation and sustainable conservation are becoming increasingly more important aspects within the field of mechanical engineering.
