Key Facts

Excellent facilities are available for advanced studies in digital systems, power systems, digital signal processing, communication, opto-electronics and solid state electronics. The School operates and maintains a variety of computers, a microprocessor lab, a power systems simulator lab, a digital signal processing lab and other instructional and research laboratories. The Electrical Engineering program is offered by University of Oklahoma.

The facilities are used to provide "hands-on" experience for students.

Students may select courses totaling 6 credit hours from non-required ECE upper division (3xxx or higher) courses. (ECE policy is to not permit undergraduates to enroll in graduate (5xxx or 6xxx) courses unless they have a GPA of 3.0 or better). Student selections of ECE and Professional Electives must satisfy a minimum design credit requirement of 1.5 hours.

Accreditation

The Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering undergraduate programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology .

Official high school transcript that reflects at least six semesters of work completed and includes your GPA computed on an unweighted 4.0 scale and your class rank
