The Public Health program at the University of Kentucky focuses on populations with an integrated approach of identifying behaviors that affect health; advocating for primary prevention of disease; promoting healthcare equity, quality and accessibility; and transforming healthcare systems.

Careers

The bachelor’s degree gives students a unique knowledge base, allowing them to apply for many entry-level jobs within public health. With a Bachelor of Public Health degree, students can apply for jobs in health departments, non-profit organizations, international health organizations, and more.
