What to expect from studying this Theater degree at George Mason University

Study this Theater program to learn how to use your creativity and design principles to create beautiful works, but also functional pieces or artistic digital content. Or, use your body to create art through music, theatre or dance.

You can put your talent to work in a wide variety of settings such as the fashion industry, interior design, photography, filme, painting, music, or theatre.

Depending on your targeted specialization, an Arts program can prepare you to understand your audience, to turn your creativity into works of art, to express ideas using different media types, awareness of your body and the way you move, or getting the technical skills to play a certain musical instrument.
