English Language Requirements

General Requirements

  • A completed Application for Undergraduate Admission
  • Your official high school transcript, including the scale on which you were graded, sent directly from your high school.
  • Your ACT exam scores (sent to Creighton via our ACT school code, 2444) or SAT exam scores (sent via our SAT school code, 6121), writing portion not required.
  • A high school guidance counselor evaluation.
  • Essay or Personal Statement.
  • Optional: your resume, and/or letters of recommendation 
  • To be an admitted major to the social work program you must: declare your major through the College of Arts and Sciences, apply to the social work program, provide 3 letters of reference and complete an interview with program faculty.
