The University of Wroc?aw has a rich history of more than three centuries. Founded by Leopold I Habsburg the university evolved from a modest school run by Jesuits into one of the biggest academic institutions in Poland. At the beginning of the 19th century the university had five Faculties: philosophy, catholic theology, evangelical theology, law and medicine.
The University of Wroclaw offers degrees at the bachelor, master's and doctoral level. All Faculties at the University of Wroclaw provide at least one master's program in English and some at the bachelor level.
University of Wroclaw has also different exchange agreements with many higher education institutions over the world and participate in numerous international exchange programs such as Erasmus, ISEP, CEEPUS, Fullbright and others.
Our scholars have numerous links with their fellow researchers from other higher education institutions in Poland and throughout the world. The success of our researchers has been recently recognized by Polish authorities, who significantly increased funding for both equipment and research at our University by 80% compared to previous years.
Today the University of Wroc?aw is the largest university in the region and teaches over 26,000 students and around 1300 doctoral students at 10 Faculties. 9000 students graduate from the University every year.

The University of Wroclaw accommodation consists of two halls of residence. Both of them are situated within easy traveling distance from the city center and provide a friendly and safe study environment. Students live in shared modules with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and kitchen. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator and an electric cooker. Each room has Internet access. Students may use the common room, the club, the study room and the laundry.
University Library is an all-University institution that - together with departmental libraries - organizes research and teaching environment for the academic community.

During my university studies i always tried my best to keep my grades high specially,courses related my specialty. I always was socially active such that i participated in Formula 1 as volunteer. Even i have recently finished my 3rd year, i have done 1 internship by Marietta college, and was chosen to BP summer geology course between my fellows.
The University of Wroclaw is one of the old and public university in Poland. University provides good facilities for international students. Professors are well experienced in their field, it helps students to resolve their study-related doubts very well. And also the student office gives good support to students.
I have a pretty good experience durin my study program here but here there are not so much opportunities of job and future regarding my field of study.
