  • Career Counseling - Specially trained career counselors are available to increase your self-understanding, knowledge of the work world, and decision-making skills. We also offer career assessments to explore your interests, values, skills, and personality.
  • Career Courses for Credit - The ASCC offers academic courses in College Major and Career Planning, Internship, and Peer Leadership.

Student services

WSU Counseling Services operates within the philosophy of Student Affairs which emphasizes helping students become integrated into the total academic, social, and cultural environment of the university. The primary mission of Counseling Services is to assist students with problems and concerns that interfere with normal academic development and persistence toward degree. Through developmental, remedial and preventive programming, students are aided in addressing personal, social, academic and career-related concerns. A comprehensive testing program that helps students with personal, educational and professional planning is maintained.

ICT services

The Washington State Linux Users Group (LUG) exists to promote the visibility and use of Linux and other Free and Open Source software. We give away free Linux CDs and Open Source software CDs for other operating systems, help install Linux, and run mailing lists providing free Linux support. It can be a big jump to break away from proprietary software, so we're here to help.

Campus life

Rolling wheat fields, surging waters, and distant mountains form the backdrop of life in and around Pullman. From the crest of nearby Kamiak Butte (photo below), a lush panorama stretches all the way to the horizon.

Sports facilities

Per NCAA rules, all sport camps and clinics conducted by Washington State University are open to any and all entrants and enrollment is only limited based on age, grade level, gender, and/or number of restrictions as specified by each camp.

Some WSU camps/clinics provide discounted rates for various reasons, including overnight/resident campers and returning campers. Please refer to each sport's camp page for additional information.

Student clubs

The Associated Students of Washington State University serves as a resource and advocate for current and prospective students. Our organization creates opportunities to develop student leaders who are holistic thinkers, culturally competent, and professionals for the next generation. We seek to promote student initiatives that enhance an individual’s collegiate experience through leadership, advocacy, and cougar pride.
