A major in Spanish  offered by Washington State University  can be useful in the many business and service organizations in the United States that need employees who are bilingual in English and Spanish. Hispanics are at present the largest minority in the United States, and Spanish-speaking graduates have the advantage of using their language skills in practical and comprehensive applications.
