As you work toward the B.S. in Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) at Long Island University (LIU) will gain an understanding and appreciation of subjects ranging from science to music to language arts.
You also will acquire techniques to assess and evaluate a child’s intellectual, social and physical development and learn the basic principles of classroom management for a diverse student population.
