Overview

The Bachelor of Arts Major in English at Indiana University Bloomington take courses in all periods of English and American literary history, in major authors, in writing, language, film, poetry, fiction, and drama, and in relationships between literature and such other disciplines as psychology, philosophy and history.

Courses are also offered in the areas of women and literature, Jewish literature, and world literary cultures in English.
