The Philosophy courses we offer at the College of William & Mary cover most fields of philosophical inquiry and range from introductory surveys suitable for all students to advanced seminars for students majoring in philosophy or related disciplines.
Many of our courses fulfill requirements in the new COLLEGE (COLL) curriculum introduced in Fall 2015. All of them will help you to hone your argumentative and writing skills. We welcome equally students who want to take just one course and students who are interested in majoring.
Students can use the links at the left to view more information about our courses and requirements. If you are considering a philosophy major, we would be happy to talk with you more about what philosophical training can do for you. Just get in touch with us by using the info on our contact page.
