
The American Ethnic Studies program from Kansas State University provides a broad liberal arts education with skills in critical thinking, comparative analysis, social theory, data analysis, oral and written communication. An American Ethnic Studies major will provide students training for fields in law, education, medicine, public health, social work, journalism, business, urban planning, politics, counseling, international relations, creative writing, university teaching and research.

Applicants for graduate programs must have the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA equivalent to 2.5 on a US 4.0 grading scale.
