Up to 6 units of paid or unpaid internship/experiential learning can be counted towards your major or taken as electives.

Submit an online application through Cal State Apply and pay the non‑refundable $70 application fee.
Upload copies of all academic transcripts, test scores, and diplomas once access to the Applicant Status Page is granted.
Provide proof of English‑language proficiency unless eligible for a waiver.
Submit required immigration documents, including a passport copy, Certificate of Finances, and proof of funding, for I‑20 issuance.
First‑time freshman applicants must have a minimum high school GPA of 2.5 and meet English proficiency requirements.
Transfer applicants must meet GPA requirements based on completed college units and demonstrate English proficiency.
Some majors may be impacted and require higher GPAs or additional criteria.
Applicants pursuing a second bachelor’s degree must apply to a program substantially different from their previously earned degree.
