Overview

To serve for this purpose, the  Gastronomy and Culinary Arts course at Eastern Mediterranean University has been designed to bring up creative, skilled and talented managers who possess analytical thinking, effective communication and research skills in producing information as well as developing and applying it effectively.

Career Opportunities

The students receive job offers even during their internship period. Our graduates have a wide spectrum of job opportunities in food and beverage sub-branches of the tourism sector. Students in the programme carry out their internship in 5 and 4-star hotels or first class holiday villages and gain in-depth knowledge regarding the food and beverage operations. EMU Beach Club is also another place providing the students with opportunities for internship. Hilton, Sheraton, Swiss Hotel, Marriott, Kempinski, Radisson SAS, Holiday Inn, Merit Hotels, Dedeman, Kaya Hotels, Golden Tulip, Noah's Ark and, Arkın Group Hotels are only a few of the places where our students may pursue internship opportunities.
