The Bachelor of Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology program's mission is to provide a broad-based education and depth within a selected concentration to prepare students in technical and scientific fundamentals that will enable them to have a substantial impact in a specific technology area.

Students may choose to study naval engineering in the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Ocean engineering, or they may choose to study optical engineering in the Department of Physics.
