You will sharpen the quantitative skills necessary to be successful in a professional environment, while learning from faculty with considerable experience in major organizations and corporations. It is our desire to equip students to become world changers in their chosen profession - prepared and eager to impact the world for the cause of Christ. As a Management major, you will learn to both create and manage "business processes" while motivating your fellow workers to successfully achieve organizational goals. You will also learn how to assess the skills and abilities of your associates and thereby appropriately position them in the organization. Built upon a Christian liberal arts foundation, the curriculum will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your chosen career and will challenge you to apply Christian principles in the workplace.
