The Sport and Exercise Science Program will prepare you for a career studying and practicing the science of movement.

Our dedicated professors will help you build a foundation in human performance and exercise science through both instruction and experience by working hands-on in our Human Performance Lab. You will graduate ready to help people learn, grow, and heal through movement. Join us, and make the world move!

Elevated Experience-

The in-person program prepares students to advance their educational pathways in sport medicine, health sciences, physical or occupational therapy, athletic trainers, researchers, and more.
Sport and exercise science students train in a state-of-the-art, on-campus Human Performance Lab. Various exercise tests and fitness evaluations are offered in the lab including Wingate and performance testing and nutritional analysis.
