RNs can seek advanced standing through the RN-to-BSN plan. The Nursing Accelerated program from University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) exists for students who have already completed a Bachelor’s degree.

General requirements

Submit online a Transfer Student Application, Supplemental Application, and the Application Fee. Official Transcripts are required from each institution attended, including study abroad, and AP College Board results.

Physicians with medical degrees from other countries: Applicants must have their transcripts reviewed by Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates before applying to the program.

All general education courses, prerequisite courses and the baccalaureate degree must be completed successfully by December 31.
ATI TEAS Pre-Admission Assessment Exam: Competitive scores are required to be considered for the Accelerated Option. Exam scores will be sent automatically to the College.
