The Chemistry - Natural Products Major is offered by Edinboro University. Edinboro's new Bachelor of Science in Chemistry - Natural Products is the first of its kind in our region to prepare undergraduates for rewarding careers in the fields of the future.

Employment in life, physical and social science occupations is projected to grow 7 percent from 2018 to 2028, faster than the average for all occupations, which will result in about 97,400 new jobs. This interdisciplinary program builds on the fundamentals of Edinboro's Biology and fully accredited Chemistry programs. It gives you exposure to the latest advancements in research, applications and analyses of natural products. You will have the opportunity to apply to programs funded by the National Science Foundation and National Institutes of Health and take advantage of summer internships sponsored by local and regional employers. Flexible and versatile, this program allows you to adapt your coursework to your personal interests and career goals.
