Overview

In this Mechanical Engineering Technology and Engineering Technology Combined grad track option from University of North Texas, the student can take a maximum of nine (9) credit hours of graduate courses while completing the BS degree. After earning the BS degree, these credit hours can be counted toward the MS in Engineering Technology.

Key Features

The program is built upon a strong foundation of science, mathematics and technical coursework designed to meet the diverse needs of a mechanical engineering technologist. Students in the program are being trained to work in a team-oriented, concurrent engineering environment.
Students will have the opportunity to choose from any one of the three concentrations – Construction Management, Engineering Management, or Mechanical Systems – which will help them develop professional skills, such as project management and technical communication, that are widely sought-after by industry.
Full-time students may be able to complete the Master's degree plan in three semesters.
