Overview
Mercer University's Supply Chain Management bachelor's program is a four-year undergraduate program that focuses on the management of complex global supply chains. Students learn about the flow of goods and services from raw materials to finished products, as well as the strategies and technologies used to manage the movement and storage of those goods. The curriculum emphasizes the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, preparing students for a range of careers in logistics, transportation, and operations management.
Manage the strategic movement from raw materials to finished products
Mercer University’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management equips students with the knowledge and skills to manage and coordinate all of the logistical aspects of a business, including receiving and handling, internal allocation of resources, operations units, and distribution of finished products to customers.
With courses taught by faculty in both Mercer’s School of Business and School of Engineering, coursework covers acquisitions and purchasing, inventory control, storage and handling, just-in-time manufacturing, logistics planning, shipping and delivery management, transportation, quality control, resource estimation and allocation, budgeting, and more.
