- Application for Admission on the appropriate official ApplyTexas Application form (International Freshman or International Transfer)
- Official secondary school transcripts showing subjects, marks received, and graduation date.
- Official transcripts with subjects and marks received from any colleges or universities attended.
- Certified, literal translations of all credentials officially issued in any language other than English. An ACT or SAT is not part of the admission requirement; however, either test may be used for placement purposes in English and math courses as well as a TOEFL alternative.
- Texas Success Initiative (TSI) exams are not part of the admission requirement; however, all undergraduates are required to take one of the tests prior to registration.

- A Bank Statement certifying the sponsor to have at least U.S. $31,655.00 (stated in U.S. currency) dated within twelve months (one year) of the first enrollment
