Overview
Ad-Hoc Arts Administration Major – Visual Arts Specialization students from Baruch College interested in a career in the field of management and administration in one of the performing or fine arts may consider the interdisciplinary arts administration specialization. Students complete an appropriate ad hoc major (including courses in art and theatre); an internship in an arts organization; 9 credits in business subjects selected under advisement; and arts administration courses. Since the ad hoc major must be approved by the faculty advisor, it is essential that students make an appointment to discuss their interest in pursuing this area of study.
