Through live-action demonstrations, lectures, and immersive hands-on practice, students are provided with the solid foundational skills of classic and emerging culinary trends and techniques. Students will learn what it takes to run a kitchen, as well as the entrepreneurial side of running a business. You will be pushed, challenged, and above all else, supported by experienced faculty who are committed to your success. The two-year Culinary Management programme has been designed to offer you a unique opportunity to apply the cutting-edge skills learned in labs and classes on a paid four-month co-op work term. Conestoga College is the only Canadian college with a membership to the Institut Lyfe (formerly Institut Paul Bocuse) Alliance Network in France. Careers

After completion of the co-op industry training and experience, graduates have the option to continue their apprenticeship in industry. There are also many options for students to continue in culinary arts graduate certificate programmes in Canada and internationally.
