Overview

LeTourneau University's Management degree provides future business leaders with a sound working knowledge of policies, procedures and practices that govern business and social operations and allows them to understand and control organizational growth. Management study includes an exploration of policies and practices as they relate to business development and introduces students to theories of leadership and management.

Learning outcomes

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) indicates a median annual wage of $124,220 for sales managers in 2018-2024. During the 2018 to 2028 decade, employment growth is expected to be 5% for sales managers, 5% for marketing managers, and 6% for management analysts. The requirements for a business management degree provide its graduates versatile opportunities for a rewarding career as well as a solid foundation to excel in an MBA program.

Students in the business management program study topics ranging from organizational behavior to business ethics to quantitative methods, all taught from a biblical perspective by industry-experienced Christian business faculty members.
