Engineering at Messiah College

Messiah is the only private Christian college in the country with an ABET-accredited undergraduate program that offers our unique mix of six types of engineering degree concentrations. You can choose to concentrate in biomedical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or have the option to not declare a concentration. And, for the past six years, Messiah College has been ranked as a “Best Undergraduate Engineering Program” in the U.S., by U.S. News and World Report.

General requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited senior high school or the equivalent. Course units from grades nine through twelve should include the following:

4 units in academic English
at least 2 units (preferably 3 or more) in academic mathematics
at least 2 units (preferably 3 or more) in academic natural science
2 or more units in academic social studies
2 or more units in foreign language
4 units in additional electives.
