Program Requirements

Your studies in the Bachelor of Science in Accounting program will begin by taking a core set of Business, Economics and Accounting courses giving you an understanding of all aspects of a business or organization. You’ll then go on to a more in-depth study of accountancy, exploring the world of professional accounting. Your courses will be a mix of theory and practice to give you the preparation you’ll need for a successful career. You’ll also have the option to further specialize your degree by choosing a Fraud Examination Minor.

Career Options

With your Accounting degree you’ll be prepared to take the CPA exam. By adding our CPA Exam review courses to your schedule, you can begin taking the CPA Exam sections during your last semester. You’ll also be prepared to pursue careers in all aspects of private industry, government and the non-profit sectors, or for graduate study.
