Overview

Why the Political Science degree from California Baptist University?

The Department of History and Government faculty organize Study Tours, which allow students to travel to other countries, such as France and Greece, while earning academic credit. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the John McCarthy Punditry Contest, which honors the student with the most accurate predictions about each presidential election.

The political science faculty helps students develop strong critical-thinking and communication skills, which are highly valued by employers. Past students have interned for a number of local and federal government offices, law firms and nonprofit organizations. They are making a tangible difference in their community and their world.
