  • Submit official transcripts from your secondary school
  • Submit a photocopy of the information page from your current passport

  • Complete the FSA-4, International Student Financial Statement
  • Submit the required verification documents to support the financial statement
  • Submit the SUNY Cortland I-20 Request Form
