Overview

As a radiologic technologist, you will be the member of the medical team that performs diagnostic imaging examinations and will be responsible for accurately positioning patients to ensure that a quality diagnostic image is produced. 

Through a combination of course work at University of Central Missouri and then a two-year clinical program at an affiliated accredited Radiologic Technology program, you will earn a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, UCM has affiliation agreements with Research Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology, Hillyard Technical Center, and Mercy Regional. The radiologic technology program clinical component is a full time, competency based program.
